SET-UP | 7:30 AM

• 8:00 AM Load-in/Set-up 

• This event will proceed, rain or shine. Please prepare for the weather variables. 

• Check-in will be at the Registration Tent located at the corner of 135th Street and Malcolm X Boulevard. 

• For safety reasons, vehicles will need to stay for the duration of the event, and will not be permitted to enter/exit the street during the event period. 

• Set-up is it to be complete by 9:50 AM Sharp. 

 

BREAKDOWN | 6:00 PM

• Breakdown begins at 6:00 PM. 

• Do not breakdown prior to the end of the event. 

• Please bring garbage bags and bag-up any trash produced by your booth.
